This week we started a nutrition and Training special called “Body Transformation Secrets”. It is a Special Report from our friends of Precision Nutrition. I did the PN Nutrition Coach Certification 4 years ago and it was an awesome experience and enlightenment which I would like to share with you.

This week we organized two nice workouts for you. The first is all about muscle and strength. The second deals with Lower back problems and how to easily take tension off your muscle. You can perform this 2-3 days a week.
